 LLVM headers have `cxxabi.h`:
 `/opt/local/libexec/llvm-11/include/c++/v1/cxxabi.h`
 However, `legacysupport` uses `macports-libcxx` headers, which do not
 contain this one for some reason.

 Is this intended?
