 I have a PR building this that is pretty much ready to go:

 Only issue is that the GUI is failing to start:

 to run GTK without a11y support, GTK_A11Y should be set to 'none'.
 No provider of glGenSamplers found.  Requires one of:
     Desktop OpenGL 3.3
     GL_ARB_sampler_objects
     OpenGL ES 3.0
 [1]    23100 abort      ./work/destroot/opt/macports-test/bin/czkawka_gui
 }}}

 So we can commit it now and patch to fix the OpenGL problem for the GUI
 later on.
