New description:

 I am trying to install kdelibs4 on arm64 Sonoma again.

 I use cmake-devel because it has fixes in it that the cmake port does not

 both the cmake-1.0 and cmake-1.1 portgroups list a path dependency to the
 cmake binary.

 cmake-devel should make it happy -- but it doesn't, and I have not been
 able to sort out yet why not:
