 rust-bootstrap already has [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/f5f132be80901de3e134b560cb5168b61e42c276/lang/rust-
 bootstrap/Portfile#L26 platforms {darwin >= 16}]\\
 Are you suggesting that `platforms {darwin any >= 16}` is better?
