 Hi Ryan and Joshua,

 Thank you for your assistance. I was able to find the log file this
 morning and it is attached. I must have been more tired than I realized
 Friday night.

 Also, thank you for clairify support process. I'm used to working in cloud
 systems and my vendors want customers to close out their own tickets.

 Thanks again and looking forward to your feedback from the log file.
