Comment:

 Chris, I know you've been busy with other things, but I'm assigning this
 to you to look at whenever because it uses meson which as you know I
 haven't been dealing with. Although, since you already did the work of
 converting the port to meson, it might be a simple update that I could do.

 Per the announcement email, this ''is'' a stable release despite the odd-
 numbered middle number of the version number. This is a change in
 libpixman version numbering policy. You already adapted the port's
 livecheck to that new policy in the most recent commit.
