 Updating dnscap would allow us to remove the libbind port since dnscap is
 the only port depending on it and doesn't depend on it anymore as of
 version 2.0.0.

 libbind was [https://www.isc.org/about/ discontinued by its developers in
 2013] (in the carousel at the bottom of the page, scroll to the March 31,
 2013 entry, "Final release of libbind") and is now maintained by NetBSD as
 [https://wiki.netbsd.org/individual-software-releases/netresolv/
 netresolv] but we needn't make a port for netresolv unless something else
 needs it later.
