 > `port list` shows the version currently in the ports tree, i.e. the one
 that would be installed if you ran `port install`. If you want to see the
 installed version, use `port installed`.

 `port installed` claims I have two version installed, 3.9.0 and 3.9.1
 (active). So why 3.9.1 is treated as outdated (and it is not the only port
 with such situation)
