 According to this, libnice is dual-licensed as both MPLv1.1 and LGPLv2.1:
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libnice/libnice/-/blob/master/COPYING?ref_type=heads

 LGPL2.1 should be fully compatible with GPL3+ as far as I understand, so
 it should be fine distribute binaries.
