 At the moment, this is mostly just a slightly modified Portfile from
 devel/openssl3

 I haven't bothered with all of the dylib stuff that facilitates MacPorts'
 making use of interchangeable TLS libraries yet because that is going to
 be a lot more effort, and I figure having a Trac issue opened so
 neverpanic et al can take a gander sooner than later is going to be
 worthwhile since we still have open issues mentioning boringssl, which
 hasn't existed in MacPorts for a while AFAIK.
