 A new version of Rust has been released ([https://blog.rust-
 lang.org/2024/07/25/Rust-1.80.0.html]) which contains several new
 options/commands that are required to compile some programs (see, for
 example, [https://github.com/ntBre/pbqff/issues/282]). Would it be
 possible to update the version of Rust in MacPorts to v1.80.0?
