 I found that the version of libusb.h under /usr/local/include/libusb-1.0
 is obsolete (dated 2008) and missing several function headers.  By soft
 linking the version of libusb.h under /opt/local/include/libusb-1.0 to
 /usr/local/include/libusb-1.0, I was able to get gnupg2 to build.
