 that CMake file in `src/pextlib1.0` can also just be handed to CMake if
 the rest of the source tree is there too.


 The question that hasn't been (re)addressed is how really old and crippled
 system libcurl versions are going to fetch the required files to bootstrap
 the full-fledged Pextlib (install the 2 ports and all their dependencies,
 possibly from source).
