 I'm not aware of geneweb support channels. I'm just a user myself and not
 related to the dev team at all.

 There is a bilingual mailing list -
 https://framalistes.org/sympa/arc/geneweb - but it seems pretty inactive,
 with only three messages in 2023. The forum is much more active but mostly
 in French as you noticed. I would raise any issue on GitHub indeed.
