 Per your recommendation in #70227, I’ve deactivated `ld64 @3_6
 +ld64_xcode+universal` and installed `ld64 @3_6 -ld64_274+universal` in
 its place. The `aom @3.9.0 +universal` port now compiles without the
 failed assertion; it’ll take a while to see if it will also resolve #70206
 and #70227.
