 Whenever I run fast fetch, it now reports the OS version incorrectly.
 Instead of showing "macOS Monterey 12.7.5 x86_64", It shows "Mac OS X Big
 Sur 10.16 x86_64".

 I'm mainly concerned about the version number and name, since macOS 10.16
 never existed. Apple went from 10.15 to 11 when they released Big Sur.

 I'm running macOS 12.7.5 in a VM. Please let me know if you want more
 information attached to this ticket.
