 Oh, I had no idea it is not supported with gcc7.
 We have a lot of stuff using `filesystem`, including my own ports.

 Ken, what you would want from me in order for you to support the PR to
 switch to gcc13?
 I have it working on 10.6 for long enough, I think it is verifiably
 working, both via test results of multiple ports and from a fact that I
 have modern GUI-using ports working (so anyone can easily see they do
 work).

 Re ppc64, I talked to Kirill, it may be an issue with how gcc10-bootstrap
 was changed with respect to universal variant. Likely nothing to do with
 the ld64. But perhaps ppc64 is not our primary concern at the moment.
