 Honestly it should be done with gcc14, but MacPorts is stuck with an
 outdated gcc13 (ironically broken for Intel and arm64, though working fine
 on PowerPC), but it I try that, the PR will get stuck again for many
 months :(

 For the record, gcc15 also builds and appears working fine on PowerPC. I
 am running gfortran tests with gcc15 now.
