macports.conf. But OOTH, it's an extra step too, and you need to keep your
wits about you.
I can't find any documentation on how to set `compiler.blacklist` or a
default compiler in `macports.conf`. (`cmake-bootstrap` isn't the only
port that is breaking on 10.13 SDK). How is this done?
