 Please see https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/23008. Just
 throwing in the towel and rolling back to macOS 10.16 == Darwin version 20
 to build from source.

 @jmroot, the buildbots for {{{cabal}}} work on 10.15, so it's not clear if
 this isn't an isolated issue to @Gandoon. Why isn't MacPorts installing
 the pre-built binary for either {{{pandoc}}} or {{{cabal}}}? This doesn't
 appear to be an issue associated with either port.
