I was successful in deleting this folder and the subfolders underneath by
using the Finder! It didn't even dawn on me to try that first! :)
I'd like to try the "hack" again.
I ran "sudo port install m4" and the process bonked out as expected.
Is there a simplified, step-by-step instructions I can follow to get m4 to
build? I tried editing the configure file in comment #5 above and
rerunning "sudo port install m4", but that didn't work.
Thanks for everyone's patience with me here!
