 Current Portfile for qgis3 disables OPENCL support when building:

 {{{
                     -DUSE_OPENCL=OFF \
 }}}

 I'd like to request enabling it

 {{{
                     -DUSE_OPENCL=ON \
 }}}

 Manually updating the Portfile & building qgis 3.34 was successful, and
 yielded performance improvements (after enabling OpenCL in QGIS's
 settings)
 MacOS 14 on Apple Silicon
