Comment:

 I notice yelp depends on libtool and you are on macOS 14 so it's possible
 this was fixed by [48589c81916ab6bd8fa2d696a8b7a49d8c751dd6/macports-
 ports].

 If you are still experiencing the problem after running `sudo port
 selfupdate` and `sudo port upgrade outdated`, please reopen the ticket and
 attach the main.log file.
