I pushed to my fork of macports-ports master a temporary solution for
macos 10.13.6 . This problem does not occur as from clang 17 but as from
clang 15 . Clang 14 is the last stable compiler for macos 10.13.6 (i do
not known for other macos like 10.11.... to 10.22....) But the use of
clang higher then 14 does not only cause this issue but many more issues.
p.s. apple dropped support for older os on clang.
