 Upgraded M2 chip laptop to MacOS Sonoma.  Tried to migrate macports
 python.  Ports py38-grpcio and py310-grpcio failed to build.  main.log
 attached below.  As a result, PyTorch, and Tensorflow will not install

 Tried to attach main.log to this ticket but could not upload for some
 reason.
