Comment:

 We would want to update graphviz-devel first to verify it builds
 everywhere before updating graphviz.

 I encountered [https://gitlab.com/graphviz/graphviz/-/issues/2520 problems
 trying to update graphviz to 10.0.1]. I have not checked if these were
 fixed in 11.0.0.
