 The released port hdf5 @1.14.4.2_1+cxx+fortran+gfortran+hl fixes the
 problem I had in my Fortran codes. However, it seems to create an error in
 my Python codes when I `import h5py` from the py-h5py port. I've reported
 this in #69938.
