 This is https://github.com/polyml/polyml/issues/194. It is allegedly fixed
 by adding `-ld_classic` to LDFLAGS when using Xcode 15 or the Xcode 15
 CLT. Doing this is being discussed as part of updating polyml to 5.9.1 in
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/23934.
