 Yes. It would let us know if this ticket was caused by the same as yet
 unidentified problem as your other ticket. We also have another user who
 filed duplicate #69970 experiencing the same issue who is still looking
 for the solution. We would still like to understand what the problem was
 so that we can prevent it from happening to others.
