 Ok but we're not talking about tons of stuff; we're talking about cmake-
 bootstrap only. Users wishing to install that can deactivate ncurses first
 and reactivate it later. Users receiving a binary of cmake-bootstrap won't
 even have to do that.

 Ok but that's not a problem we need to solve in this ticket. In this
 ticket, our only objective is to ensure that cmake-bootstrap doesn't try
 to use MacPorts ncurses, or any other MacPorts ports.

 Also, I don't have any problem building cmake-bootstrap on macOS 12 even
 when I do not use trace mode and MacPorts ncurses 6.5 is installed.
