 Thank you for posting `main.log`.  Can you analyze that and provide any
 insights about that error?  It looks like `scabs1` is a fortran function
 included in `lapack` source code, but is not being built or linked
 correctly, for some reason.  I have not yet found the time to examine your
 log file.  I do not yet understand the context here for leading and
 trailing underscores.

 Follow up to #67262 please.
