New description:

 What we have now does not build correctly, does not build at all or builds
 but does not work :)
 All KDE4 should be updated first and then possibly something needs further
 fixes (or hopefully not).

 Initial example of `nepomuk-core` not finding `taglib` (but fixed in the
 latest `nepomuk-core`):
