#70105: oof2 opportunistically links to a random BLAS implementation
--------------------------+---------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  barracuda156  |      Owner:  (none)
     Type:  defect        |     Status:  new
 Priority:  Normal        |  Milestone:
Component:  ports         |    Version:
 Keywords: | Port: oof2, flexiblas, OpenBLAS, blis
--------------------------+---------------------------------------------
 Deactivated FlexiBLAS and noticed that `oof2` got reported as broken. Lo
 and behold,
 {{{
 Could not open /opt/local/lib/libflexiblas.3.dylib: Error opening or
 reading file (referenced from /opt/local/lib/liboof2common.dylib)
 }}}

 I did not tell it to link to FlexiBLAS, I simply had that port installed.

 This looks like the same or related bug as in #69538 and #69326

 Apparently either Pythons are at fault or MacPorts fails to control what
 they do.

 This should be fixed somehow on a general level, hopefully not just by
 conflicts_build :)
