 Yes, enforcement of gcc 4.8 or later or clang 3.4 or later or Apple clang
 5.1 or later was [https://gitlab.com/libvirt/libvirt-
 glib/-/commit/da6ff957f8ed1a66977ea603480b0bf82bfaca0f added in version
 5.0.0]. `compiler.blacklist` should be set accordingly.
