 While updating {{{py-beautifulsoup4}}} I found the only dependents for
 py27, py35 and py36: {{{py-django-htmlmin}}}

 I would like to clean up the Portfile for {{{py-beautifulsoup4}}} by
 removing obsolete Python versions.
