 I just upgraded my 2019 Intel Mac Pro to Sequoia. I installed the latest
 Xcode and Command Line Tools, then removed and reinstalled MacPorts. The
 first thing I tried to build is gmp, and it fails saying there is no C++
 compiler. On the surface it seems like a compatibility issues with clang?
