 Oh great! I'm working on updating the port. I'm getting a texlive-related
 build failure and I also don't know yet whether I should enable its
 optional glib support.

 Did you really file a bug report on GitHub? I did not find any links to
 GitHub on their web site, only an email address for reporting bugs.
