Comment:

 True. This is one of the last steps needed to close #69023. I had some
 work in progress to update php-swoole and php-openswoole to the latest
 versions and clean up and synchronize the ports, but it has been forgotten
 somewhere in my git stash. I will see if I can revive it and finish it.
