 The newest version of pandas and PyGMT needs the latest version of numpy
 so they can work on it.

 I'm getting the error ValueError: numpy.dtype size changed, may indicate
 binary incompatibility. Expected 96 from C header, got 88 from PyObject
 when I import pandas and pygmt.
