 The CFITSIO library comes with helper utilities such as fpack, funpack,
 fitscopy, imcopy, fitsverify and a few others.  The README.md says that
 these can be built using the command `make utils`.  It would be useful to
 have a cfitsio port variant that installed these utilities.
