 We see the same problem on our macOS 14 and 15 build machines.

 Unfortunately the upstream pdf2djvu project has been archived so there is
 nowhere to report the bug.

 Here is how the same problem was fixed in poppler; maybe we an learn from
 that how to fix it in pdf2djvu:
