#71417: sgrep: Mark obsolete

Recently, I pushed an update to `sgrep` which fixed several issues.

 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/26764

However, I was unaware of `sgrep2`, which has been marked to the same
version as `sgrep`, 1.94a. Given that MacPorts now has two ports
distributing the same version, it's safe to say one of the is no longer
 needed.

So, `sgrep` should be marked as obsolete. However, I wanted to open this
ticket to discuss on whether that's the right move or not.
