 Does the `no_log` thing mentioned in #60185 not work at all? So this
 wouldn't have to be done manually. The Node.js team has
 [https://github.com/nodejs/build/issues/3887#issuecomment-2387163564
 disabled Spotlight indexing] and that seems to have resolved their
 problem. I see Christopher had already mentioned
 [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/60185#comment:8 how to do that] if we
 haven't done so already.
