 Ok, so the problem is using Xcode from Sequoia on Sonoma. `R` port uses
 conditions based on macOS version: https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/318d93038495b88fcfa618019c0ff52c21ef7f62/math/R/Portfile#L47-L74
 So everything works fine with Xcode 15 on Sonoma, but breaks when one
 installs instead Xcode 16.
