 Like I said, I don't care about the gcc-as-clang thing. Call it whatever
 you want. I only mentioned it because it's 4 major revisions old compared
 to clang-19, so its C23 support (and, presumably, C23 stuff in headers) is
 lacking, hence the hypothesis for clang installing its own headers and not
 relying on either Xcode's or CLT's headers.
