 new system.

Comment:

 The archive does not exist on the servers because I have not set up a
 build machine for macOS 15 for arm64 yet. That's not really a bug; it's
 just a missing feature. See #60756.

 When MacPorts can't find an archive on the servers, it builds from source
 on your system. That appears to be failing. ''That's'' a bug. Please
 attach the main.log file so that we can investigate what has gone wrong.
