To elaborate, it is ridiculous because the problem as I understand it is
not compiling software; the problem is running any program that uses
CoreImage that was compiled on anyone else's system.
You claimed in comment:17 that compiling on your system also did not work
but the log I requested in comment:19 was not provided so I don't know
what the cause of that was.
