 When installing {{{emacs-app}}} with a new MacPorts installation, the
 process fails when MacPorts tries to install {{{librsvg}}}, {{{vala}}} and
 {{{graphviz}}}:

 {{{
 Error: The following dependencies were not installed because all of them
 have unmet dependencies (likely due to a dependency cycle): librsvg vala
 graphviz
 Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets if you believe
 there
 is a bug.
 Error: Processing of port emacs-app failed
 }}}

 I have not run into this issue when trying to install {{{emacs-app at 29.4}}}
 without {{{rsvg}}}.

 Anyhow it's easy to bypass by installing {{{graphviz}}} first, but I
 wanted to flag the issue.
