 I'd like to add a vote for this.

 It would be useful to be practical instead of trying to include all
 features, meaning: remove openni; don't enforce installing vtk with a non-
 default variant (+qt5).

 I tried to update this port today but I couldn't figure out how to run
 tests. The PCL docs are incomplete and outdated.
