 the {{{py37-pyproject_hooks}}} that you claim broke 214 ports isn't
 actually true. The test dependency that is missing there is
 {{{py37-testpath}}}, which admittedly I removed... Same applies for
 {{{py312-pyproject_hooks}}}, so the situation isn't as bad as you imply
 here ;)
